- GGGlen GainesFeb 20, 20261.0I have lived in Fallston many years. this past week was the worst I have seen. The short version is, I had stopped my mail by signing one of their official documents and picked up my mail after three days, and the date clearly was marked on the document. However, they kept my mail several days and I received nothing until I went to the post office and had them investigate what happened. The young lady said because of the snow they have been keeping some mail, which made no sense to me at all. They made a mistake. I wish they would own up and keep qualified people on staff. Also during the course of that week, I receive my neighbor’s mail in a bundle and had to deliver it to his house, what’s going on?
