This particular day Amazon was down so people weren’t happy, even though it was nationwide, yet they kept a positive vibe in the store. Best one and I went out of my way to this one.

- SRShawn ReadingerSep 17, 20251.0Last month on direction of ATT I used this UPS to ship a phone back to ATT. The employee at the counter picked out the packaging material and packaged the phone. Upon my packages arrival at ATT it was damaged. ATT charged me $1100 for the phone. I filed a claim with UPS which stated they denied the claim due to improper packaging (which a UPS employee picked out and packaged). I have been passed around for hours trying to get this corrected. If anyone plans on shipping anything of value I would suggest recording the employee picking the packaging and packaging. There phone message states " We can guarantee your package will arrive safely and on time". Do yourself a favor a d don't trust that. What a joke.
