I would leave a big ZERO star review if I could! The way the employees treat customers is beyond me. I had an employee yesterday (4/16/26) give me an extreme attitude and she was very rude, refusing to give me my package, finally I just left because I was not dealing with all of her drama and I knew I should be able to place a hold online since I was notified it was dropped off at the post office. Today (4/17/26) I called 6 times, and was only able to get an answer call once- a perfectly normal phone call with them at 9:36am, when the supervisor (unbeknownst to me at the time) had the package physically in her hands and apparently still sent it out for delivery, although I’d reiterated to the lady I spoke with (same as yesterday) the details of coming in yesterday, scheduling a hold, and being notified of the package out for delivery this morning instead of being held at the post office. I was told I would receive a call back once they found out what was going on. I never received a call, as you can see, or received an answer when I called back either. Later today, I went to pick up and the same employee from yesterday was there and rude from the start… asking if I wanted a supervisor, after twice insulting my intelligence when I told and showed her I had a notification for a package pick up- also saying I “was with all the drama yesterday”. (You’re a postal employee, why do we have beef?? I was simply trying to pick up a package that I was notified was being held there). I said calmly, “I’m just trying to pick up my package, but yeah, sure, I’ll speak to a supervisor.” I could hear her in just the other room yelling about me to the supervisor, who then came out and I started discussing the issues with her. The supervisor then started legitimately yelling at me about all of this, called me “crazy”, and said, “The customer’s not always right ya know!!” before also yelling about me to other employees in the back after finally saying they would go look for my package. (They did find it and gave it to me, even after all their drama). I’m simply trying to pick up a package that says it’s here- goodness gracious! I had called USPS customer service yesterday after I left since I was refused pick up, and received a confirmation email my mail would be held from 4/17-20/26 (shortest hold they offer). I was also told I would be able to pick my package(s)/mail up at the requested post office anytime even before the hold expired. That solution was more than reasonable and satisfactory. I’ve had several packages stolen at my residence in the last week (no one’s fault except the thief). The order for the package I was trying to pick up was placed before things were stolen, and is expensive medical equipment, so I certainly didn’t want a chance of that being stolen as well. Both today and yesterday, the employees changed their reasoning and stories of what they said, what I said, and their “procedures”. I’ve already changed my mailing address, as I don’t want to ever have to interact with or give business to this post office. This is the absolute worst “customer service” I’ve seen, and honestly, with 1.3 total stars and the vast majority being 1-star reviews, this post office needs to be shut down!

Had an apt at 9am for passport. No one showed. Stood there for an hour until 10am. Left. Never had it done. No one ever came even though they should have been open for an hour at that point. Will never return. Don't go. Waste of time.

Got in waited for more then 10 minutes and no one was at the counter. After 10 minutes she shows up and say's what do you want. The most terrible rude and uneducated with no work ethic people work at this post office. Avoid at all cost.

Worst Post Office in America! I put in a change of address notice because I was going away for 3 months but they continued to deliver my mail at my old address. Then I put in a hold mail order but they continued to deliver my mail to my ols address. When I returned I got a notice to come and collect my mail from the hold. Guess what - there was nothing to collect. The carriers stuffed my mailbox pushing it into a little ball trudging through snow and ice. Every day!
