Then I put in a hold mail order but they continued to deliver my mail to my ols address. When I returned I got a notice to come and collect my mail from the hold. Guess what - there was nothing to collect. The carriers stuffed my mailbox pushing it into a little ball trudging through snow and ice. Every day!

- JTJohn ToftFeb 21, 20261.0I gave it one star because there is no way to give this post office a lower score. Absolutely the worst service of any post office in America. I was waiting for a piece of certified mail, after two weeks of the letter being mailed I visited the post office once a week for three weeks to inquire about the certified letter. The app said that on two occasions the mail carrier couldn't access my property. I took a picture of my home clearly showing access. I spoke to three people at the post office. One person spoke to my mail carrier and was told they put the certified letter in my mailbox.....I asked...."without a signature"? The person snapped back....he put it in the mailbox. I drive all the way home....it's not in the mailbox. Drive back to the post office and speak to the supervisor, after taking the tracking number for the third time and having me stand there for 30 minutes she comes out from the back carrying my certified piece of mail. The post office had it the entire time! Over a month! I tried very hard to be polite as I could be. The staff was incredibly disrespectful and snappy.

After we were told a half hour prior that she was looking for our mail because I've been waiting on an SSI check since the 3rd (I have informed delivery and they took a pic of it) Its now the 10th and I just left because who knows how much longer it'll take for that meeting.
