His attitude was arrogant, impolite and completely unacceptable to someone who works facing the public. He showed no intention to help, he responded in a bad way and treated customers as if it bothered him to do his job. This type of behavior is embarrassing and makes the USPS very bad. I demand that measures be taken, because no one should be treated like that.

- LHLenny HandfingerNov 15, 20251.0This place is the absolute worst. Saturday 11/15/25 I go to mail a couple of packages. Saw some people milling around outside, the reason is the door was locked and it only 12:30. After some pounding on the door by myself and others a woman who claims to be a supervisor opens the outer door and seems quite agitated that we are trying to get our mail out. We wait and finally a young lady shows up to open the counter area, she does not want to be there and makes sure we (the customers) know it. She is extremely rude. I finally get her to tell me why the post is closed at 12:30 she tells me the post office needs to hire more people. How does that affect the doors being locked at 12:30 I ask and she tells me she's not answering any more questions. The post office is supposed to be open until 1:00 on Saturday. The Essex post office is the worst. Just look at the reviews and ratings here. The manager needs to get it together. Horribly rude people working.
