The staff are incredibly rude and not efficient. If you have another post office location even remotely close, save yourself time and frustration and go somewhere else.

Terrible experience yesterday (however, quite consistent with several other experiences over the past 15+ years). After ringing the bell for service and waiting several minutes to be served, the woman proceeded to exhibit the worst in customer service - poor attitude, condescending tone and a complete lack of care. I came in to discuss a Priority Mail package that was delivered 7 days after sending instead of 2-3 days. Since we paid $22.95 for this expedited delivery time frame, I calmly requested a refund. She immediately scoffed and said "no refunds except for Express Mail." I shared that I understood, but that 7 days was more than double the anticipated time frame for Priority Mail. I requested some sort of restitution or means of follow-up. She simply restated the policy and didn't provide any means for follow-up or other helpful information. As I turned to leave, I attempted to provide some encouragement to those still in line with "Amazon." :) After this experience of delayed delivery without any matter of recourse and the poor in-person service, we will never use USPS again for packages. It's just not worth the frustration and aggravation.

I just had the rudest experience here with Asma. She was the only clerk working on a Saturday, which is a problem. I could not find a pen to fill out my package label, and when I asked Asma for one she was so rude telling me “this is the holiday season! You can’t show up here unprepared! Pens are those flowers over there. Step aside until you’re ready!”. What are the “flowers” she’s referring to? Literally a plastic bin (not labeled) that looks like it’s decorative. She scolded me in front of my daughter, which I’m even more pissed about. This post office is terrible. And they don’t even have a self-service kiosk so that I wouldn’t have to deal with Asma in the first place. I hate that this is my closest post office.

Well obviously USPS doesn’t care about its customers reviews … the lady clerk has such an attitude, plain rude and scolding me like I’m a 10 year old. I almost expected a slap on my hand!

I wish I could reply to Jeffrey Schaler and Kelsey Noll, would ask which time/day/clerk that serves them. I am patient and compassionate, often too much so, but with the exception of one clerk there, I am always treated very poorly, even when I haven't even opened my mouth. Clerks seem pretty unhappy, and pass that along to the rest of us. I use Postal Express whenever possible.
