Staff were so uncooperative and rude. I believe Isabella was the clerk who dealt with us. At the start of the appointment she made her face after knowing that she had to deal with three applications. Then unfortunately I found it immensely difficult to make out her English accent so I needed to ask her to kindly repeat whatever she was saying. Instead of cooperating she became rude as it was my fault not understanding her and almost scolded me for not listening her attentively! There was zero guidance and help but rather an extremely disappointing treatment I faced at this Ellicott City post office.

We had all the necessary paperwork ready, picked up our child early and made adjustments to work schedules to be there to be told their camera was down and they could not take his picture. So we had to leave to get the picture taken. The lack of communication is frustrating and inconsiderate. Terrible.
