Be wary of opening a PO BOX here. You may never receive your mail. I listed three names on my PO BOX application, including myself and two minors. I have not been receiving mail for one of the minors. I addressed this issue months ago when I noticed I wasn't receiving mail for one of the minors and was informed I need an ID for them. Makes no sense, since they are a minor, but luckily we had a Driver's Permit to provide. Fast forward a couple months and I notice mail is still not coming to the PO BOX for this minor. I'm getting notices from senders asking if the address I provided was accurate because I guess the post office was returning mail. I went to the post office and spoke to the front clerk and told her it seems as though my mail is late because it's showing up in Informed Delivery emails but not in my PO BOX. She told me to give it two weeks. I wasn't waiting two weeks, and thankfully I didn't because I went back to the post office a few days later and when I noticed the mail was still missing, I requested to speak to the Supervisor. She confirmed the two minors were on my application but their names were not on my actual PO BOX. She told me she would leave a note for the PO BOX clerk to add the names to my PO BOX and to call the PO BOX clerk in the morning to inquire about what he did with the mail that was missing. I called today (August 29, 2025) and he seemed confused. First he told me I needed to provide an ID for the minors then switched up and said their names were added, AFTER I reiterated they were MINORS and the supervisor left him a note to add them. He was very nasty in his tone. I then asked where he sent the mail with their names on it and he said it MIGHT have been sent back to sender. Thank goodness nothing of significant value was lost because of this mix up and incompetence on the post office's end. I missed out on $8 for a certificate I purchased and now I have to spend another $8 because the company has a clause where they are not responsible for lost or stolen mail. I mean, why should they be held liable for the incompetence of the postal worker's inability to perform their duties properly? If anyone owes, it's the clerk that never confirmed the names on my application and discarded the mail. I'll be submitting a formal complaint with USPS, as well. The only positive encounter since this issue was with the supervisor. She was kind and attentive. I wish I got her name. The next time I go up there, I'll ask for it to ensure she gets the recognition she deserves. She actually did her job!

One of the least helpful experiences I have had at this location. I came back with a physical ID to retrieve an important package, after they told me a photo would not suffice. I come back and they can't locate the package anymore despite being within the window to retrieve it. I didn't think it would be this difficult for them to locate a package they were able to find just fine a week ago.
