    I had a return processed through Happy Returns. I had the item folded in tissue paper in a sealed plastic envelope and had a QR code. A young man working there ripped it out of the envelope because it apparently is shipped in a batch of items (my first experience with this service). He threw the shirt into a clear plastic bag balled up as if it were rag. I asked to fold it and wrap in tissue paper, which he allowed me to do. I later checked Happy Returns’ information, and they return items to the merchant for resale. No one would want to buy a garment in the condition the UPS store employee tried to ship it, and I would never return anything in that condition. There are two issues here: one, the callous handling makes me wonder how this young man handles other items, and two, items returned in unsellable condition drive up costs for all of us. I will think twice before trusting this store with any packaging.

    Had a prepaid return label. Item was in original sealed box, they put it in a small 6 inch plastic bag and charged $3 bucks for a small tiny bag. Cummon UPS!
