- WWW. WilliamsMay 19, 20252.0Service at this store is starting to decline. My UPS experience was sketchy and the attendant had to redo the label THREE times. Additionally, when I told him the item was fragile and I suggested "marking" the box he wrote the word fragile in small print only on one side of the box, not highly visible and the marker was running out of ink. It was as though it didn't matter! What happened to the fragile "stamp" with RED lettering. I managed to continue to be kind and patient, but his attitude was mediocre and he seemed uninterested, untrained, and left me wondering "Why is this person even working with the public?" The package cost me $30 and was going across the country as a gift that I wanted to arrive undamaged.

Her response was curt and she said, "Sorry, but we are in the Christmas season and we are very busy. It is what it is and we will get to your order when we can. We will try to get your order tomorrow." This is after the website indicated 24 hour turnaround and I had met that threshold. While I do understand busy times and staff shortages, customers should not be brushed off for something that is not the customer's fault.
