The elkton post office went above and beyond when I called them about it -- they fixed the box and gave us new keys within a few days, and then knocked on our door the next day to make sure we had gotten the keys and received our mail that had been on hold!! Thanks guys!

Same thing has been happening to my neighbor's on Greenwood street. This causes huge delays, especially for business owners. Have the common courtesy to do your damn job, get out and knock on doors for a signature.
