- RRRome7tayMar 3, 20261.0WORST EXPERIENCE FROM ANY STAPLES STORE. I went there today looking for a box with specific dimensions. I asked the manager and she, very rudely, brushed me off. Stating that if it’s not on the floor, they don’t carry it. Without even showing me where they were at on the floor or checking to see if they had it in stock. She was being lazy. When I told her I saw it online and asked if she could check the back, she hesitantly said ok but to give her a few minutes. 20 minutes later she came out with the wrong size after I told her the size I needed 3 different times. And when I told her the size I needed once again she sighed and said she’ll check. Then came out a few moments later and said we don’t carry it in stock and that I’d need to go somewhere else because she doesn’t want to be in the back all day. It’s literally her job to help the customer. And she said I had to check the floor again. Even though I already did that before. As if it was going to suddenly appear on the floor. And Even though she made me wait 20 minutes before I was even helped. Worst experience from any staples store I’ve ever been to. I would not recommend this location. The employees are rude and idk if they’re short staffed or what, but they make you wait a very long time before even beginning to help you. Do not shop here. I would rate this place 0 stars if I could.
