  Thank you Shawn for all your patience, customer service and professionalism, I'm sorry I can't say the same for the very rude lady who is either a manager or thinks she is? Maybe Staples should invest in soft skills training to improve your people skills. Although you were not rude to me, I watched how you treated other customers and how you talked to your co-workers, shame on you!

  I came here to get a poster printed. Quality was good and the staff were helpful. A little more than I wanted to pay, but I'm satisfied with the resulting quality

  I hate this store. I am forced to go often to drop off Amazon returns. 95% of the customers are there to drop off returns a they only have one goof working, the line backs up almost out the door. What should take seconds takes several minutes per customer because they don’t prioritize tasks that are quick and the prioritize the copy and print center. They either need to hire more people or come up with an easier way to do Amazon because the current system sucks. I often end up leaving because I don’t want to wait in a 30 minute line.

  The guy working was very rude said he other things to do could not help me I will never go to staples again PS he needs to take a shower and clean his finger nails

  Got business cards printed here, weren't done on time, came in to pick up cause I got told they were ready, told by rude employee it wasn't ready til 630, came back the next day, claim something didnt print right, came in a third time and they say they'll print them now, waited for 30 minutes to finally get them 3 days after the fact. Go anywhere else. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, terrible long line with only 1 employee at the counter
