  I dropped off an Apple Watch last week for a trade in. UPS and Apple said the package was tampered with prior to pick up. The watch was not inside when delivered. I called this UPS branch multiple times to try and talk to the owner. His name is Rob. I still cannot get Rob to call me back.

  Came here on 3/4/2026 around 6:40 pm ( doing this so the manager knows who was working) the girl was super rude and unprofessional she wasnt answering any questions or willing to help absolutely bad experiences i would never come back here although thats the closest to my place i would drive longer but not give this store business

  It's Marcy M here a long time customer and mailbox holder. The staff here (old and new including Brandon, Erica, Erin, Dylan, Tai, Dakota, etc) and the owner Rob have been very personable and accommodating to me and my family members who often come to retrieve my packages. We're grateful for the helpful and personalized service and thats why Ive kept my box here well over 15 years.

  Not only is this particular store efficient and quick for easy drop-offs, but the friendliness of the staff is awesome! They really SEE their customers and interact with you like you are their priority when they wait on you. I was having a 'blah' day and I had Tai wait on me today. He was pleasant, kind and engaging. I didn't feel rushed or hurried. (Sometimes a customer needs a little extra notice and a smile and kind word from a customer service person can go a long way!) He helped me get an important pkg to my grandchildren in time for Valentine's day!

  Long lines, 1 employee at front desk, 3 employees available to assist the lone boy....All I needed to do was drop off a package but we waited behind somebody that didn't know how to work the internet and was sending a bunch of bday gifts with accommodations and special requests. Not fully on him bc he's a customer, but it's just an annoying experience for something that could have been 3 mins or less for me.
