- JFjuliana Figueiredo1 day ago1.0The young man that worked here Friday night . Not interested in his job or helping anyone. He was too busy talking on his phone. The other time I came he was also busy on the phone as well. I came to return Amazon packages he directed me to the scanner . After the machine not scanning . I told him it wasn’t working . He said he couldn’t scan it either and nothing he could do about it. I proceeded to leave went up the street to another UPS store where I got a totally different experience. They took care of me and was able to scan the barcode and do the return successfully. Will not be returning to this ups until they get some better staff.

Everyone is always super nice and helpful but tonight Tai went above board and let me in 20 minutes after they had closed to drop off my items. I thought they were still open as the lights were on, but saw they weren't and walked away but he came out to let me in. thanks so much UPS!

- M8Mjg13 87Dec 30, 20251.0If I could give this location and its owner zero stars I would do that. Avoid this location at all cost. I had them pick up items from an auction for me over 4 weeks ago totaling $2500. I finally received the first shipment from them and all equipment is completely destroyed. Each unit weighted 35 lbs and was wrapped in 1 sheet of bubble wrap and placed on its side in a box that had over 12 inches of empty space . A child could do a better job packing equipment like this. I have never experienced such horrible service. Now I can not get the owner or any store rep to answer the phone to help process a claim. This store should be closed !!!!!
