The man who works here (and possibly owns the place) is consistently rude and arrogant. This isn’t based on one or two visits — I’ve had multiple negative experiences with him. He is not helpful at all and lacks basic courtesy, refusing to answer simple questions even when asked repeatedly. I don’t know whether he’s overworked or underpaid, but regardless, basic respect and customer service should not be too much to expect.
