I have tried this location several times over the years and he is incredibly rude and quick to dismiss his customers despite being incorrect. I learned we have another UPS option at Michael’s so that is where I will be going from now on.

One had one oversized box in the order the other has Three oversized heavy boxes in the order. He said “ I can take the one with one but you will have to package the order with three boxes together”…..What? “Okay, I will tape them together, can I use your tape?” Ethan, “You can buy a roll of tape, you can’t use ours”. Really, It’s tape! So rather than hauling the boxes out of the store, I bought a small role of packing tape for $6.35! And taped them together. Enjoy your commission Ethan, rather than taking care of a customer!
