- JPJack PenceFeb 11, 20261.0This branch as well as the ENTIRE USPS is absolute trash. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered on 2/6/2026. The tracking site said it was scanned into the sorting facility in St Louis, MO. I did the start investigation option on 2/7. Today I received an email from the Edgewood Postmaster saying it was resolved and that the last scan was from the Joppatowne office. I called Joppatowne and they have no record of it being scanned there. The website still says its in St Louis. Tried calling Edgewood and noone answered the phone. There's no way to email or get anyone at USPS listed. Typical trash government agency.
