One employee helping customers and the lady at the front of the line is doing passport stuff in the regular mail business line. I walked out when the only person helping customers had to start calling people to get the passport question answered while the line continued to grow. Oh look, there are 8 people waiting now... Aren't we supposed to make appointments for passports? What the hell is this crap?
