I contacted this post office twice in the last two weeks in reference to a package that has been lost. I do not have a tracking number. I was told I would receive a call back after they looked into it. Never received the call and when I reached back out to them I was hollared at by the incredibly ignorant, rude man answering the phone telling me that it was my problem and then hung up on. I called back with the same person answering the phone and asked to speak with a supervisor or the postmaster and he said, nobody’s here I’m them so what do you want? I did get him to give me the postmasters name but there’s no way to contact that person. The man then said if I wanted to call in a complaint to call the 800 number and make one there. And then hung up on me again. A phone call with a question concerning a legitimate business transaction in reference to a package that I paid them to mail…..and this is the unprofessional, unethical, ignorant, rude and unnecessary response I receive. They deserve no one’s business and need retraining in how to deal with a customer.

Service here is slower than death. Are all postal workers indifferent to people’s time? Sheesh.

Uneducated, lazy, low work ethic employees. For an office that's only open until 5PM, you'd think the employees would be nice, considering they barely work a full day. Postmaster is impossible to reach after a formally escalated claim, allowing the phone to simply ring for an upward of 10 minutes. The employees don't even know their own shipping, telling people to take UPS Store-only QR codes to Staples and claiming Staples takes them. Staples DOES NOT TAKE UPS STORE ONLY QR CODES. It says UPS Store ONLY right on the QR code for a good reason! Your employees' lack of education and forethought is costing employees of other businesses to suffer. I could write a whole other review on the attitudes of the employees, but the other bad reviews cover it well. Avoid USPS like the plague, just pay the extra few dollars and ship through UPS. Not worth the time, hassle, lost packages, delayed packages, etc. The only thing positive about this USPS is the kind and compassionate drivers, and I hope they leave this abysmal company and start driving for UPS instead. I could not hope more for this establishment's eventual closing, as it would do the town of Easton nothing but favors.
