  I can’t say enough good things about the customer service at Staples, especially from a store associate named Miranda. I’ve been helped by her multiple times over the past couple years—including today—primarily with print services, and she consistently stands out. She has assisted me with customized photo card orders, print questions, in-store purchases, and even resolving a pricing issue on back-to-school items that rang up incorrectly. Each time, she was calm, fair, solution-oriented, and made the experience smooth and stress-free. A mentor once told me that “cream always rises to the top,” and every interaction with Miranda reminds me of that. She is patient, efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly customer-service oriented. In a demanding retail environment, she appears to exceed standards and handle situations with professionalism and a positive attitude. More broadly, I witness the “grind” there. Staples associates work in a challenging, fast-paced environment—handling Amazon returns, multiple shipping carriers, copy and print services, and the retail side of the store all at once. It has to be exhausting, and I have a great deal of respect for what they manage daily and for the multiple positive attitudes I’ve encountered. I hope Staples leadership continues to foster an environment where employees like Miranda receive the recognition, positive reinforcement, and growth opportunities they deserve. Specific feedback to a recent order: I picked up our second batch of customized Christmas photo cards, which were printed in-house, and they came out beautifully—and ahead of schedule. Communication from Staples was excellent; we received notifications by phone and email letting us know when our cards were ready. We’ve received so many compliments on them. The template was spot on, and the printing colors were bright, vibrant, and high quality. I couldn’t be happier with our recent print purchases and visits.   The printing services team was fast, and super professional! I needed more than 15 posters printed in less than an hour, and they delivered perfectly. I was genuinely impressed by how they handled my last-minute request.
