  Great review. The clerk helped me all the waybthroigh and answered all of my questions and was very pleasant. I'm not stress of her name but she was awesome. I only see clerk # 50 on my receipt.

  Every time I go in they are the most rude employees. They don’t care anything about how they can help you but are all about what they can’t do so they don’t have to do anything. Simple questions are met with a defensive response and attitude. Once I tried applying for a passport and instead of assisting me with retrieving my appointment they just ignored me and cussed about another employee. This post office staff are trash. But hands are tied when it’s the closest one to where I live.

  I understand that at this time it is very difficult for the workers since it’s the holidays and they are super busy but it does not mean for the workers to have a full on bad attitude. Several customers, my mother and I were mistreated by the man who worked behind the counter today. First we waited 30 minutes to be seen (which we understood the situation since again it’s the holidays) but as we came to the counter the man at the counter gave us an attitude saying “you cannot come up here without your boxes taped and labeled” and basically forcibly pushed the box my mother had back at her. There was no welcoming greeting from him at all. Just a full on attitude with us which we were very surprised by. However, the woman working next to him was very helpful in the situation by giving us their tape and labels at the back counter. But after getting our packages finally taped and labeled we had to wait ANOTHER 30 mins. The same man that gave us an attitude said to the worker beside him “I am starting to lose my patience” as he was serving another customer that did absolutely NOTHING to him. I do not know this worker’s name but he had 0% customer service and honestly should be fired for how he treats customers. My family and I will now be using another nearby post office instead of this location from now on until this post office gets better workers who understand customer service.

  My favorite PO - LOVE the people there - John, Lisa (who recently retired) and Donna are all fabulous folks. I sell a lot on ebay, so am at the PO daily. I recently moved to NC, and the people in the post offices here don't hold a candle to my friends in Dunkirk! Miss you guys!
