I had everything packed up, but forgot to tape the box. When I arrived to the store, I politely asked a staff member if I could use some tape and they graciously said yes and had a counter setup with tape for customers to use. After my package was ready to go, I scanned my qr code with the staff member and they printed my return shipping label and my receipt. They also had good manners and a smile on their face when they said have a great day.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and really asks questions to make sure they understand any print orders. They also are super efficient when it comes to packages, they have a great flow in place for handling Amazon returns that keeps things moving through the store!

Today’s experience was pleasant until I was getting ready to leave. The two packages I had to return, I put back in the original packaging. I was instructed to remove them because the return was no package or label needed, no problem. Once I was done the return process I still had the two envelopes the products came in, I threw them away in the trash can by the self service station and was immediately asked to take them with me. Prior to this experience I had another female employee argue with me about having to pay for me to return a product to amazon. I tried to show her on my return on my amazon account it said free return. She would not even acknowledge what I was trying to show her and insisted I pay for the box and shipping, of course I refused and selected another return option. I chose this store for the convenience but no longer. Some people need to be taught customer relation skills.
