  The mail person who delivers mail to the 6700 block of Danville Ave keeps breaking the mailbox and leaving it wide open even when it rains and the rain destroyed tax papers to the point where my phone or tablet could not scan the code to fill the paperwork out to fix a problem with the IRS and now everything is going to be late .

  I watch the mail carrier walk right past homes with their flag up for outgoing mail and not take it regardless if they have any to be delivered....Why are they allowed to do that? And then mail isn't received when a rent check is sent....#skeptism

  Go there maybe once every two years, and every time I go the line is ten or more people deep. The one person behind the counter will leave to go on a quest in the back, to never return. This is why Fed Ex and UPS will eventually close down USPS.

  The Dundalk Post Office-specifically the carriers assigned to our cluster boxes—is consistently incompetent. At least five times a week, deliveries are botched. Packages are routinely marked "Delivered" when lockers are empty, or they are shoved into the wrong boxes entirely. It isn't just packages; they can't even deliver regular mail correctly. I am mostly paperless, but for the few important items I do receive-like tax documents-I've had strangers and neighbors knocking on my door to hand-deliver mail that was put in their boxes by mistake. It is a massive security risk. While management finally admitted via email that the carriers are the ones failing to deliver correctly, they are still trying to blame the customers rather than taking real accountability. Since they falsely mark items as delivered, they deny claims by saying the item wasn't "insured," forcing me to use a relative's address just to ensure my mail arrives. Even reaching out to Congressman Mfume's office only resulted in another useless service request. This office is a complete waste of tax dollars.

  The manager at Dundalk office was nice and respectful. When she answered my call. She put me on hold after being kind and respectful then a guy named Steven got on the phone to help track down my package and there was also a guy named Marcus all three of these human beings was so respectful and it was a wonderful experience. Thank you to y’all and keep up the amazing work.
