I called and spoke with a very nice lady who assisted in calling the person who was out delivering the mail that day to let me know when she might be near our address so I could grab the package. I ended up meeting the mail lady who was extremely nice and pleasant and assisted in getting my package to me so it wasn’t delayed any longer. Thank you SO much.

- DDdiamondJan 13, 20261.0If I could give zero stars then I would because my package was originally supposed to be delivered on Saturday it’s been three days. I still haven’t got my package. I called USPS three times once I got a man the second time and third time I got the same lady twice the first time she told me I would receive my package and I did not so I called again later on and I still did not receive my package but while I was telling her she cut me off and gave me attitude and told me I was going to get my package as if he was tired of me calling and didn’t want to do her job and I was lost for words. This was the worst customer service I ever received in my days of ordering something some people really don’t deserve a job and if they have that job, they don’t know how to do it. Hire new employees.
