The two times I’ve come here they’ve made huge mistakes with my mail. Very poor communication skills were experienced by multiple staff members. Time would be better spent going to a post office that has trained staff.

They lie to cover their major mistakes snd the ignorance of the female employees is real. So disappointed in the services. Important mail hasn't come many times, even when it's scanned on the app. I understand being understaffed, but people have a lot of important papers that need to be delivered. Once a week is not okay. Last time when attempting to go get it ourselves at the post office, we were told to wait for our carrier to bring it. If you cant deliver it, at least allow people to pick up their deserved mail.
