- JCJason CandelariaApr 22, 20241.0Too strict of shipping requirements in terms of packaging that is not theirs. I was told at drop-off by the "Post Master" that she would not accept my package due to the serial and product numbers label on my box, and that it must be removed or covered. I asked how serial numbers, that could not be removed, would affect the ability to ship and deliver the item. The Post Master immediately became arrogant, and told me to take my package somewhere else. Very un-professional response. The Post Office's shipping policy is simply too strict and needs to re-considered. I can't help to feel like it's just a way for them to sell you their own boxes, envelopes, and packaging.

WHY BE RUDE AND LIE TO PEOPLE.. hope she reads this and her boss too. Found out today this woman is the boss, OMG. someone needs to check into this. The other girl Shannon is always sweet, kind and helpful.

They're always pleasant, kind and very respectful. However, the office staff/workers are completely incompetent and unbelievably rude.
