- HHHarjotDec 23, 20251.0One of the older lady is RUDE. I went at this post office to mail few packages out of which 1 was not taped but the other two were ready to be mailed with QR code. She told me to prepare the packages by buying a roll of tape. I told her I will mail the other two for now, but no, she repeated that USPS doesn’t prepare packages and not even listening to what I said. I went in again and a gentleman helped me with the same situation (I thought I could print label there, but I guess not), and he accepted 2 packages with the QR code. Well, still thanks to him. It was my first time at USPS so I didn’t know how things work (as I go to UPS usually) which I take accountability for, but what does it take to listen to the customer without directing them to do something and making them do 2 trips and not even being polite (it’s bare minimum)!

I already had my paperwork ready to mail; I was not there to have them process my application. But the staff still checked everything for me and made sure I had the right documents, fees, and address. Based on my experience here, they know what they're doing with passports.
