- FJFallon JonesDec 10, 20251.0I’ve been waiting for my package since Friday, it has to be signed for so I have been at home but they never showed up. I’m now being told by the pharmacy because the driver marked it as being attempted that I have until tomorrow to pick it up or will be returned. So, let’s recap, no notes left at my house, I’ve been home and no one came to my house, oh and there is snow on the ground yet no tracks but they attempted to deliver. Every month I go through the same crap but it eventually gets to me.

All my orders are late ( Extremely late) 6 days late & it's been in local warehouse 6days . I'm a Tupperware Consultant & When FedEx sends me an email stating it's out for Delivery. I expect it.... Whatever happened to that other young man YOU NEED HIM BACK !! I Will ask my company to find another Service like UPS if needed...
- SRS RDec 10, 20241.0Absolutely ridiculous shipping they will drive all around my area then not deliver. it's been over a week of them rescheduling my delivery date. When I can track them on the map and they will be literally a mile from my home and head back to cumberland. I have called FedEx filled a clame, etc with no help what so ever. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. One day the driver was Cody the next Austin idk if these guys can ready a map or what but it's ridiculous.
