  Paid for 2 day shipping only to be not delivered, no communication with facility and customer support. Was told package was out for delivery all day yesterday only to find out it didnt even leave station. Tried to hold package and no one noted it so yet again still in same position of sitting around waiting for nothing to be figured out. Everytime I have used 2 day it always ends up taking a week if not longer.

  horrible service. have been informed that my package was “on its way to the final destination” for almost an entire week. It has been “on a truck” in Cumberland for DAYS. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!

  I’ve been waiting for my package since Friday, it has to be signed for so I have been at home but they never showed up. I’m now being told by the pharmacy because the driver marked it as being attempted that I have until tomorrow to pick it up or will be returned. So, let’s recap, no notes left at my house, I’ve been home and no one came to my house, oh and there is snow on the ground yet no tracks but they attempted to deliver. Every month I go through the same crap but it eventually gets to me.

  This FedEx used to have The Best Driver Always on time , Sooo kind & Caring. Now... All my orders are late ( Extremely late) 6 days late & it's been in local warehouse 6days . I'm a Tupperware Consultant & When FedEx sends me an email stating it's out for Delivery. I expect it.... Whatever happened to that other young man YOU NEED HIM BACK !! I Will ask my company to find another Service like UPS if needed...
