I mail out all my work paperwork at this location. It gets there on time and haven't had anything lost from them. The staff is always friendly to you. I love coming to this postal service! They remember who you are and I never wait here they move so fast.

Doesn’t answer phone. Doesn’t deliver packages. Missing mail for over a year with no resolution. Do better!

This is not the first time I encountered rude staff in this place, but today I had enough. The postmaster in this place is rude, no wonder his staff is the same. I came in to ship a package and nobody was in their post, so after standing there for a bit and waited, I said 'Hello.' He came out upset and said, do not say Hello because he feels he was rush!!! Like really? I have worked in customer service for a long time and this is not how I treat customers!

Had a horrible experience after dropping a priority mail package in the drop box at 7:30 am. A man ran out of the post office who I guess worked there, he wasn't wearing post office logo wear so I wasnt sure. He had my package in his hand and was yelling at me that I couldn't drop a box in the drop box because it could be a bomb and it is not allowed. He continued to yell at me over and over again but then wouldn't give me my package back. I don't understand. If this is the policy then they need a sign that priority boxes cannot be dropped in the box inside because other post offices in the area allow it. I don't feel the way I was treated was warranted considering the reason.
