I was given incorrect information. I was told that I wasn't able to ship my package. I then went to a different location and was able to ship my package.

I came into the post office today around 3 PM with a package I planned to send via Priority Mail. I had my three young kids with me, and I wasn’t sure whether I should use one of their boxes or my own—but I figured the staff would be helpful. I grabbed one of the sticky address labels, but there were no pens anywhere. Others had the same issue—the woman in front of me couldn’t address her package either. When I got to the counter, the employee looked at me like I was completely clueless and pointed out that my box had no address and no tape. I explained I intended to send it Priority Mail and couldn’t find a pen. She told me I wasn’t supposed to use the sticky label, but then handed me a pen and told me to fill it out anyway. I asked if I could leave the pen by the labels for others to use, and she flatly said, “No, don’t do that.” It just felt unnecessarily rude. I even offered to buy tape to seal my box, but she told me that since it was Priority, they would tape it. The whole interaction was confusing, and her tone made me feel like I was a burden for asking questions. To make matters worse, she snapped at my kids for quietly looking at the greeting cards nearby. I left feeling embarrassed, confused, and honestly hurt. I try to be polite and patient—especially when I’m managing three little ones on errands—but the attitude I received was cold and uncalled for. I don’t know why I was treated that way, but it left a really negative impression. A little kindness and clearer communication would have gone a long way.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Been waiting on a package from Amazon all day. It has been out on delivery since 11:02 am and it is now 8:06 pm. They said it would be delivered by 8pm not only that but the update says it was delivered at 7:10 pm which is impossible since I was sitting outside at 7:16 and there was no package. This is a priority 1 day express delivery and they somehow manage to make it a 2 day delivery.
