- SSStephanieDec 29, 20251.0The person at the front Firrdink (something like that) messed up my shipment causing delays at the counter. Then when I checked out he asked if I do the survey, I did and put the frowny face since he messed up. He then stopped working on my order and went into the back to tell a person that I put a frown face and started to become rude and angry at me. Very rude and unprofessional behavior. Hopefully my certifed mail envelope won't be tampered with or destroyed by him. 0 stars if I could.
- LLLaura LoterszpilDec 22, 20255.0Listen, I drive from Bowie Maryland because the South Bowie Post Office, the staff is simple horrible, they also has lost my mail including CHECKS several times, had to once write a letter from a lawyer about this. That post office needs to be audited and change the way they train their staff. I drive all the way from souther Bowie to go to this post office. The staff here is the best!
