Two minutes later (11:31am), I am called again and left a voicemail that my package is being returned to shipper even though I was literally told two minutes before that I could pick it up at a different location. Mind you I had changed the delivery address to my nearest FedEx location in Laurel and for whatever reason they still didn’t ship it there. Incompetent.
