Suddenly an alert about a failed attempt and a picture of the sticker ticket that was taken from inside the guys truck. It was NOT on my door, the guy NEVER came. All lies, plus the people inside are absolute jerks. SCREW FEDEX.

What kind of wild animals do you have working there that managed to destroy a stainless steel tank? Went to the station, the representative was kind but frankly didn't know what had happened to the package and he couldn't access the 4 pictures of the incident. At this point I'm not sure if my packages were stolen or really destroyed.

Second, this is the slowest location in the history of shipping. I’d not recommend this place for no reason unless you have no other fedex to go to.

I filed a complaint with corporate who delegated it down to the local manager Nesreen Hamdan, who then ghosted me after asking for the video proof of what happened after I sent it to her personal and work email I’ve been email her for DAYS with no response. I contacted corporate again and they said it’d been delegated down to the local manager…..who again has ghosted me. So I can’t get any resolution. Nesreen Hamdan, now my complaint is with you as well. I will be starting this process over until I hear something from someone. Because throwing someone’s ELECTRONICS at their door is extremely disrespectful.

We have him on camera bringing the tag from his truck without every attempting to make the delivery. Even better, you can't talk with anyone without 20 minutes of a robot confirming your delivery status - then the real human will lie to get you off the phone. Last time ever using FedEx and I will be recommending my company discontinue using their services immediately.
