    I personally despise FedEx and on countless occasions no matter the location they find a way to screw me. I requested for a package to be held at one of their locations and this is not even at my own personal request The company that shipped the product gave me the option to do this. FedEx is now trying to deliver the package and the app is not being updated that the package is going to be delivered. The part that really confuses me is that when I want them to deliver a package I end up having to have them hold a package when I want them to hold the package they do the opposite. They also have this weird way of them to mess up any order that weighs over 50 lb. I have had to chase one package for more than two weeks before and at this rate I pray that a better company comes and buys out FedEx and fix their logistical nightmare. I would give you SPS flowers any day before I praise FedEx. Waste of a company

    I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of negligence demonstrated by this FedEx location. My prescribed medication, a time-sensitive and medically necessary item, was mishandled and subsequently lost while in the care of this facility. This is not a minor inconvenience—this is a serious lapse in duty that has directly jeopardized my health and well-being. I have documented every communication, tracking update, and interaction, and I intend to escalate this matter beyond customer service if a resolution is not provided immediately. I will be pursuing every available avenue, including filing a formal complaint with FedEx Corporate, the state pharmacy board, and the appropriate consumer protection agencies, as well as reviewing my legal options regarding lost medical property. This location’s lack of accountability, transparency, and urgency is deeply unprofessional and unacceptable. I expect prompt action, reimbursement, and a clear explanation of how such a critical error occurred. I strongly advise others to reconsider using this facility if they value reliable handling of important shipments.

    Worst place ever. Gave them 3 tries, that’s it for me. Horrible customer service. No one is ever at the front. This place is a joke.

    Delivery driver came to my house, but did NOT attempt to deliver package. Instead just walked up to the door and left a note falsely claiming I didn't come to the door to recieve the package, so they would attempt again tomorrow. I called literally while the truck was still in my neighborhood. Still wouldn't deliver. I had to follow the truck all the way over here to pick up my package all because some lazy delivery driver didn't want to pick up a lightweight box to deliver it. No attempt to ring my doorbell or knock on my door, no attempt to deliver. Just straight to leaving a note saying I didn't respond to the door to recieve the package. These liars! Hey, Lazy driver, leaving that note on my door took up just as much time and energy as delivering the package would have been. I recieved no compensation out of this and no follow up contact from any managers, supervisors, not customer service. And the employees at this facility just ignored and brushed off my complaints about their driver intentionally not delivering the package. I wish i could say "I'm going somewhere else next time" but this is a mail service so things don't work out that way. I deserve to at least be compensated the gas money driving here or at least be refunded the cost of shipping because I had to pick up my package instead of it being delivered. FedEx also hires drivers that do NOT speak/understand English. Probably not even legal citizens here. This causes my family problems because they work in a restricted access building, and when this FedEx drivers try to deliver, they don't understand the instructions to get in the building and/or deliver the package, because the instructions are in English, and the people working at that building speak English. This is unacceptable for any business in the USA, especially a mail delivery service. It should be mandatory that all employees of every business in the USA know English. Knowing other languages is great, and often beneficial, nothing wrong with other languages. but here we live in an English speaking country, so it is required that the people speak and understand English. Can't just come here expecting me to speak your language. We don't go to other countries forcing them to speak English. Personally I think ICE should investigate because this doesn't make sense. It has happened with multiple different drivers. After reading reviews, it seems I am not the only one complaining about drivers not attempting to deliver. Many others have complaints similar to mine. Just shows this is a consistent issue that FedEx needs to fix fast !
