I had an appt for passport services today at 1pm. The post office and passport services staff were fast, efficient, and friendly. I was back to my car in about 20 mins. I was really impressed especially after reading all of the negative reviews regarding this location.

I was at this location over the Holidays. Eeeeek. But I couldn’t find time to find another location. It was a mad house, of course. But I found all the ladies friendly and helpful. I had heard the bad reviews before, but I had no problems, except, of course, the wait, but . . .Holidays!!!!! Also, lots of friendly customers in line to talk to and learn a lot from, since I’m relatively new to the area. Glad I could say something nice.

I live off Guilford Rd and I’m extremely frustrated with my recent mail delivery. According to Informed Delivery, several important items including my bank and credit cards were marked as delivered, but nothing was in my mailbox. These are sensitive financial documents, and this kind of issue is unacceptable. I will be reporting this to USPS and my financial institutions immediately. If it turns out that these items were stolen or mishandled, I will be pursuing further action. I expect this matter to be taken seriously and investigated promptly.

These women have terrible attitudes and clearly do not want to do their job. I recently moved from my apartment February 28th. I put in a change of address form to an address with the same postal code on March 9 that allow me to select March 1 through March 31 for my mail to be temporarily moved to another address. I was informed that my mail might be at post office waiting by a postal worker, but that was not true. Now this is the part that irritated me because I wanted to know if the mail was not indeed at the post office where would it be and they kept pressing the issue that my mail was sent back to the sender without even looking up my account. I asked for them to look up my account and they kept pressing the issue that my mail was sent back to sender. I received a letter at the forwarding address, indicating that my mail indeed was not returned to sender and would be forwarded to said address. Their pride was so high that they couldn’t even look up my account and just let me know this information. They were just giving me generic scenarios that did not pertain to my case. Unexpectable!

This location has mishandled countless packages of mine, claiming that they don’t have them and then returning them to sender a few days after I have asked about them at the counter. This has become a large enough issue that I am cancelling by PO box here and switching to a UPS mailbox- i want to support USPS, yet their inability to properly handle incoming mail leaves me with no other choice than to move my business elsewhere.
