The carrier later confirmed the mailbox number, yet the error was still made and never promptly corrected. Each unit has a separate exterior entrance and is not accessible from the other. This was explained repeatedly, in person. Despite multiple visits and a prior service request, the issue persisted, causing ongoing mail disruption and significant time away from work. This was not a one-time mistake — it was a preventable error followed by a lack of urgency, follow-through, and accountability. For an essential service, this level of service is unacceptable.
