The mail delivery drivers always made mistakes on mail deliveries and marked as delivered and same with the regular mail pieces always missing and left in the wrong mailboxes.

Thank you for hassle-free and competent service. Sometimes really busy, but that's not the workers' fault.

I should have checked the reviews before coming to this USPS. Always check the reviews before coming to any USPS store. Horrendous service, rude, and disrespectful!!!!! Staff makes you purchase packaging supplies at the store for returns. Go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!

First let me say that the office itself is nice, with self-service package kiosks and plenty of space. The hours are also longer than other locations nearby. The compliments however stop there. I have repeatedly been treated rudely by staff there. There is one worker in particular who is notably more
dismissive and condescending than the others and I try hard not to get that person when I stand in line (which always seems to be long). I find myself being helped by others who are a step above her extremely poor customer service, but they are not much better. I should not have to feel grateful for mediocre service because I am relieved not to be in line for the worst employee in the place, but this is what I feel. The attitudes are bad and I have even seen the employees snicker at customers. Questions the employees ask are mumbled and instructions are barked at customers. No one will explain things properly when they are unclear. Don’t ask questions—responses are condescending and rude — and questions will be dismissed. I have personally been insulted and had someone walk away from me when I asked a question, in spite of my efforts to be kind and calm knowing the bad attitudes and trying not to initiate a grumpy response. I hate going to this location and I have avoided it many times when I can in favor of another smaller location with more limited hours. I cannot emphasize enough the rude and insulting nature of the employees. If I could give zero stars for customer service, I would do so.
