This is one of my favorite places in the area to visit. I can’t speak for people trying to ship items, but as a place to drive to, it’s really fun coming here, seeing the area, and seeing geese. If you want somewhere close by to drive with a nice environment, this is the place to go.

If I could give 0 or minus stars, I would!!! This USPS has some of the rudest, unprofessional clerks ever! Period! Have been coming here a few times and Every Time I've witnessed the clerk ladies (one of them wears a hijab), just berate costumers, and be extremely rude and unprofessional. Over the holidays I was waiting in line to mail some cards and had to skip and go to the self-service because of how badly they were treating the people before me! Last week I was there and the costumers with passport appointments were complaining because there was no one seeing them there, apparently an elderly gentleman had been waiting for over 2 hours!!! When confronted the two clerks just lashed, I mean lashed at the costumers. And there were a number of them, not one or two! They are so unprofessional it's hard to describe! I believe it stems out of management, they are supported and empowered by management and there's no accountability! USPS has to do something about this! I read some of the reviews here before submitting mine, and I was not surprised to see the low rating and negative experiences from other costumers! USPS DO SOMETHING!!!! IT'S TERRIBLE!

Worst customer service ever!!! Avoid at all costs. Go to the passport office at the East Columbia Library instead.

Terrible service, the employee here obviously don't care about doing their job or the customers. They have no emotions whatsoever and what emotions they do show is sarcastic. One time a fight broke out and the employee just stood here. Last time, the guy at the counter keep feeling the letter as if he was looking to steal it which was further my point when he set it aside on a box next to him when he went to help another customer. If I give this service zero stars I would, next time I will be going somewhere else.
