    Don't come to this location if you are even slightly unfamiliar with the in-store processes for returning/delivering packages as the employees will yell at you and bark orders at you rather than greeting you or helping you. Don't go here if you expect a thank you for your patronage because you won't receive one. Literally the worst UPS Store experience I've ever had

    Excellent service .. Lorenzo helped me select a package to mail electronic package and then proceeded to pack it expertly. All done well and package proceeding in a timely fashion to the destination. Very polite and friendly as well as efficient.

    Avoid this UPS Store if you can. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional. I brought in a prepaid UPS envelope, and she initially claimed I couldn’t use it because it was purchased from a different location and insisted I had to pay again. When I refused, she finally scanned it—and surprise—it worked just fine. I also had a return package for Amazon with a label on my phone. Instead of simply scanning it, she said I had to print it and tried to charge $3.61 for a single page. When I questioned the price, she sarcastically said, “It’s called inflation—wake up.” Her attitude and tone made it clear she was the owner. Completely unhelpful and borderline dishonest. Save yourself the frustration and go to a different UPS location. --------------------------------- My Response to the Owner's Reply: My review has two key points: 1. Pre-Paid Envelope Incident: You claimed I couldn’t use a pre-paid UPS envelope because it was purchased at a different store. When I firmly stated that this was not true, you reluctantly scanned it — and it worked without any issue. That behavior is misleading at best, and at worst, a blatant attempt to scam. Notably, you did not even address or deny this in your response. 2. Printing Charge: I never asked for a free service — I simply questioned why printing a single page costs $3.61. A reasonable charge like $1 would have made sense. Your only reply was “Welcome to inflation.” That’s not customer service — it’s dismissive and unprofessional. The core issue here is not just the overcharging — it’s your attitude. Your attempt to mislead me with the pre-paid envelope was the tipping point. I’m sharing this so others are aware and can be cautious. I genuinely hope this feedback leads to better practices in the future. God bless you.
