  The lady at the front counter has terrible customer service, very rude. I would recommend going to another UPS store. This one will never get my business.

  I came into this UPS Store with three items, standing in line like everyone else. There were two white customers in front of me—she served both of them quickly and without hesitation. No issues. No wait. Then it was my turn. She scanned one of my items, walked away without saying a word, and spent the next 10–15 minutes over at the printer helping someone else. I stood there, still holding my last two items, waiting. Watching. Being ignored. So I finally said, “Ma’am, can you finish scanning the rest? It’ll take 30 seconds.” That’s when she walked over, snatched the item out of my hand, scanned it, and slammed it back down on the counter with pure attitude. No apology. No professionalism. Just disrespect. As a Black man, I felt invisible. I wasn’t loud. I wasn’t rude. I was patient. But I was clearly treated like I was less important—like I didn’t matter. That’s a dangerous energy to normalize, especially in a place of business. If you believe in respect, fairness, and human decency—do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else. This isn’t a business, it is a place of bias, unprofessionalism, and rudeness

  Awful customer service from the lady, Jen. She always seems very bothered. Living right up the street, I often frequent this location, and every time I come in, she has the worst attitude. This is the first time I've written a review, but it's definitely not the first nasty encounter I've had with her. On Tuesday, I was returning some items (probably took 2 minutes total) and as soon as I walked away, before I even left the store, I overheard her cackling with the customer after me, and she shouted "oh my god". Like I was an inconvenience. Also, while she was helping me, she slammed down her scanner as I was finding a barcode. She's a very off-putting and impatient lady. She was rude to the customer before me, also. However, the other guys that work here are awesome, and I always feel happy to come in when they are behind the desk!

  Great place for my Amazon returns, always friendly service, no lines, and open till the minute they say they close online. Appreciate the lady staying till close and seeing me with great service, she might be the owner, she is very nice.
