My name is jing. And I am a neighborhood with 3 min driving distance. Today I came in at the very last minute today, and Clerk Stinson (S-T-I-N-S-O-N) at this USPS location was incredibly helpful. She reacted quickly, helped me pack everything properly, and handled everything with impressive efficiency. I’m truly grateful for her assistance, and I sincerely apologize for coming in so close to closing time. Thank you, Stinson!

Overall poor experience. And for me as a fellow federal government employee, so disappointing. The woman at the customer service desk was unprofessional beyond belief. The building is poorly maintained, and I’m not just talking about the physical building that they may not have funding to maintain. Not pride in place. I certainly understand the rating for this particular post office.

I don't use this post office because of lost/stolen items. This is ongoing but no one seems to care...

If I could leave no stars, I would.
As a young woman that sells and trades with an online platform it’s very important to ship my pieces from a secure and reputable location….This is not said location. Unfortunately, I had to learn this the hard way, as recently my packages are “delivered” to where they need to, however, the actual contents of what was sent are stolen before reaching its destination. The workers are stealing. Specially this one dread-headed male, as each time he handles my packages they always turn up empty.
I am very dissatisfied and will not be continuing my services here, I suggest if you value your packages you will do the same.

Not sure why my post was deleted.... Just a neighborhood post office with unprofessional customer service is welcomed.... Some people overcharged some people don't...... All I know is that the older Caucasian woman is very rude and sharp in her tone and speaks in a very condescending ways... Flinging here hands and deciding talking to staff was more important than helping me... At the end of the day I'm not sure why the post office hires or keeps people who are just so unhappy with their jobs and people....
