- DKDinara KonakbayevaOct 31, 20251.0I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS store on October 31, 2025, around 4:30 p.m. I came to return an item using a Happy Return label and took one of the UPS-labeled plastic bags, assuming (as with FedEx) that it was free to use since there was no signage indicating otherwise. After I followed the associate’s instructions to remove the item from the bag for scanning and discarded it, she suddenly demanded that I retrieve the same bag from the trash—even though I immediately offered to pay for both the old and a new bag. She raised her voice in front of other customers, which was humiliating and completely unnecessary. There were several customers waiting, and the store was closing soon, yet the associate chose to escalate the situation instead of handling it professionally. I stayed calm and avoided making a scene, decided to be a bigger person, but the experience left me deeply upset. I hope management addresses this behavior. No customer should ever be forced to dig into a trash bin or be spoken to disrespectfully in front of others.

Once it said it was delivered I went in person 3 separate times and was told the package was missing. I reported it lost and hadn’t heard anything from UPS in a month. Later I got a phone call to let me know that my package was in store and needed to be picked up and was charged $5 on top of a delivery fee. The place is really disorganized with packages and the employees the first few times I went barely looked. My package was found today but I already had reordered the item since it has been so long since it was initially “lost.”
