We had Crystal Springs water for over a decade but, since Primo took over it’s been horrible experience. The customer service is terrible. We haven’t received our delivery the whole month and our account number was changed so we could access out online account and when you called you would wait over an hour til someone picked up. We canceled our account after waiting on the phone line over 1hr 20mins

We received an order that was incorrect from Primo and I spent 30 minutes with 2 csr's and they couldn't help me. The first one never could find the account even when I gave him the account number and address. Then I was transferred to someone else, who told me my account was on hold, and I couldn't have received a delivery. Finally after 35 minutes of wasted time. I just said forget it when he wanted to transfer me again. Lousy, stupid customer service.
