My daughter was in an accident with one of their vehicles. They made a right turn in front of her on Warren rd as she was traveling on York. They tried to make the light and she clipped the bumper. They took full advantage of my daughter, new driver by not calling law enforcement which is a total disregard for their policy. They told her “if she’s good then they are good” I called the post office and later spoke to a Steven pilipiak the supervisor. He told me he was the supervisor on scene of the accident and then refused to relinquish any information about the incident or vehicle or driver. He knows an accident took place but is refusing to give information. I need someone to contact me immediately to get this resolved. It seems very suspicious that they wouldn’t make a police report.

This is a horrible location. They take forever and show no respect. I had three packages labeled as fragile with glass in them, and they were just chucked into the bottom of the barrel. I run a small business and every sale and every package counts. I am very disappointed with my service and I will never come back again

Mail carrier puts the date on a piece of mail that has been left in your box overnight and counts 10 days. If you have not picked up your mail since that first date marked on your piece of mail 10 days prior, he takes it and sends it ALL, even mail that’s been delivered that same day, back as “UNCLAIMED” to the sender. Basically the mail carrier has two jobs. One, to deliver our mail, the other is to police it. That has to take a heck of a lot of time. If a persons box was full and obviously the person either moved out or died, then I can see it. But to take mail after 10 days is a bit rediculous. Especially not to give us time to retrieve it from the post office before sending it back as “UNCLAIMED”. NOTE TO POSTMASTER: Be courteous enough to give us 10 days to retrieve it at the post office, please. I called around and asked other Post Masters their policy, each one told me they allow their customers time to get their mail at the Post Office. Ask your mail carrier to stop leaving what looks like a “Ransom Note” in my box! That takes up time. Make a standard note they can simply put in our box if need be. Don’t worry about it enough that it takes up so much of their time that we get our mail delivered so late, please. I’m sure your mail carrier would like to make it home in time for dinner with their family. My box is NEVER full. I have informed delivery. It’s mostly junk mail anyways. Your mail carrier took my medication that was clearly marked and was delivered 2 days before your 10 day cut off! Your mail carrier should have known he had recently delivered it. NOT a way to be a kind neighborhood mail carrier. Let’s be a kind Post Master and allow them to give us some grace, and give us a chance to get our mail. Some of us are busy with life…

Poor customer service and unprofessional behavior from the staff. I hope this issue will be addressed
