  This is a great UPS. I've come in a few times, and the staff is always really helpful. Recently, I lost a package and its tracking number, and Theo was super patient and helped me to track the package down.

  I can’t say enough good things about the employees and service at this store on York Rd, across from Audi Hunt Valley. I have two P.O. boxes there and also return Amazon items at this location from time to time. Not only do I receive text notifications when a package arrives, but they also safely hold everything until I’m able to pick it up — no porch pirates for me! There are other UPS Stores along the York Rd corridor, but this location (Store 542) is truly heads and shoulders above the rest. The team is friendly yet professional, and efficient yet incredibly detail-oriented. Every interaction is smooth, organized, and handled with care.

  Just went to this store to ship out a last minute valentines package to my girlfriend, wonderful service gave me details on every delivery option and walked through each detail thoroughly, greatly appreciated it!

  Alex Cooper auction buyers don't use this UPS Store for your items, and this is from a person who has worked with numerous UPS stores across this country to ship auction items. Store owner and manager refuse to take accountability even when they acknowledge staff mistakes. Unfortunately the highly valuable one of a kind Chihuly glass piece shipped by UPS Store 0542 arrived broken, which is why you put appropriate insurance on UPS packages. This is where the UPS store failed me by incorrectly assigning half the insurance value requested, which has cost me almost $3,000 in claim value. I reasonably requested a 100% refund of the $595.20 packing and shipping costs to provide a small portion of the money I was unable to recover. Since that request the UPS Store owner and manager has tied themselves in knots explaining (when I can actually get them to engage in a conversation) why they don't owe me any refund on what I paid them, while acknowledging their staff made a mistake on the insurance claim value! THIS ISN'T THE STORE YOU WANT TO DEPEND ON IF THINGS GO WRONG!
