  Never go here if you are trying to do time sensitive print services. Never go here if you need associate assistance. Never go here if you wish to use one of the coupons in the app (because the associate will swear that the 20% off was applied to a service originally costing $10, but when it is rung up, it was still $10 and they could not determine that it should have been $8 and there is no manager ever available to assist). DO GO IF YOU NEED TO RETURN YOUR AMAZON PREPACKAGED ITEM. DO GO IF YOU NEED TO DROP OFF UPS. These two things require very little effort and that is something this location should be able to manage. Barely.

  I’m writing to share a concern about my experience at this Staples store while returning merchandise purchased through Amazon. During the return process, I had staff members complain to me about returning items. I found these comments insulting. This behavior was uncomfortable and unprofessional, and it made what should have been a routine return experience unpleasant. I understand that processing returns can be busy or frustrating at times, but customers should always be treated with courtesy and respect. I hope this feedback can be used to address the issue and improve the customer experience going forward

  Every time I visit this Staples location in Clinton, I experience long wait times and poor customer service. The staff is often rude and unwelcoming. On, January 17, 26, at approximately 2PM, I came in to complete an Amazon return. The cashier did not acknowledge me when I entered the store, while I was waiting in line, and not even when she began to handle my return. After processing the return, she instructed me to come around for my receipt (which was the first word she ever spoke to me). When I did, the receipt was left on the top of counter near the door. I stood there waiting for her to hand me the receipt or provide further direction, but she said nothing. After about a minute, another cashier finally spoke up and told me that my receipt was on the counter. I picked it up and left the store. Overall, the experience felt dismissive and unprofessional.
