The so called supervisor Mr. Kevin Foster (no proof if that's his real name) did not seem to care. Did not ask for my name or address. I even showed him the pictures. If this is what service is now with the postal service. Then let Trump take over it.

Over the years, I have submitted several complaints, but unfortunately, I have only encountered a nonchalant attitude in response. Recently, I have experienced multiple instances of receiving letters and packages addressed incorrectly, including a neighbor's medication that was delivered to my home, despite them living several blocks away. This not only raises significant privacy concerns but also illustrates a disturbing lack of attention to detail in handling mail. Additionally, I have noticed that our mail carrier often uses his cell phone while delivering mail, which raises concerns about his focus and professionalism on the job. I have reported this behavior to the Postmaster, but once again, my concerns were met with indifference. I urge you to address this unprofessional service and consider sending management to the Clinton location to assess and improve the situation. These ladies work hard and love what they do. I made a visit today at 2pm. Mrs Kiasha assisted with the processing of my passport application. She was quite informative and moves quickly. I will say there's another rep to Kiashas immediate right, I didn't catch her name but she was kind enough to help my picture and additional info. Ladies, we see you and we THANK you
