Above and beyond customer service at its best. I can honestly say, that each Rep was thoroughly engaged during my visit. These ladies work hard and love what they do. I made a visit today at 2pm. Mrs Kiasha assisted with the processing of my passport application. She was quite informative and moves quickly. I will say there's another rep to Kiashas immediate right, I didn't catch her name but she was kind enough to help my picture and additional info. Ladies, we see you and we THANK you

if I would rate this post office from 1 - 10 probably would give it 6.5 coming here for my passport services is quick easy and never a hassle but since this is also my local post office I have had packages marked delivered and it has gone missing .. I tried to email them to get help on one occasion and was told by manager they delivered to address directed and to reach out to the sender … I received this package in mail today one year later after being giving the run around. CRAZY

On June 14, 2025, I was notified by informed delivery that my son’s graduation gift had arrived from my sister. After not receiving it in the June 16th, I went to the Post Office to inquire about the where abouts of my sons gift. To add insult to injury, I had my neighbors mail that misdelivered in my mailbox, which I brought with me. I spoke to the carrier supervisor and my carrier, who stated someone had been working her route. She told me that she's still working the mail in the back, and it may pop up. I was also informed that. mail seen on informed delivery can take up to 5 days. Unfortunately, I went back yesterday on June 20th, spoke to another supervisor and nothing. Keep in mind, i’m receiving all the rest of my mail, or so it seems. No one apologized about misdelivery when I brought in my neighbors mail previously. Although they were decent when communicating with me, no one took accountability. No one. Both my son and I feel robbed and cheated. I would truly appreciate if someone from that Post Office reach out to me to show care/concern. Even with Informed Delivery, you're lucky if you receive your mail because unless its Express, Certified Returned Receipt, or Priority mail, you're taking a gamble. My sister hired the US Postal Service to deliver a gift in the form of a card to my son, and they failed miserably. I'm beyond disappointed. Mail at your risk.
