- AAAreenDec 29, 20231.0Customer service is the worst. Was the only customer. It was 30 minutes to closing. Had one box to send. Had attitude when we asked for a pen to cross out sticker on box. He pointed to pen behind me. The pen was too light. So asked to borrow a black marker. He said he didnt have one. I pointed to the one behind him. With attitude again, he said it was against post office policy. I told him I've borrowed a sharpie at other post offices. My husband asked where that was written. Then he changed his story and said each post office was different. He said if he did it for me then he would have to do it for others! Wow! Lovely customer service. Now I was getting frustrated and asked to speak to his manager. He refused to give me the name! Now I was agitated. I just told him to then just take my package and to give me a receipt. He refused! My husband pulled the sticker off the box and asked him to take it. He said if he took it, he wouldn't do anything about it!! Turned his back and ignored us!! Is this who represents the post office!! Unprofessional with major attitude! Glad I don't live near this post office. Hope they fix this man's customer service skills! Glad I live in Fulton!!
