I have been going to this post office since last 5 years and yesterday I had the best experience!!!! And the reason was Michael. He was so wonderful. Kind, helpful and very mindful!! Simple task of shipping items was turned into a beautiful experience because of his kindness. Thank you Michael

Excellent customer service, in a timely manner. Professional and the right amount of friendliness. Fair prices for packages.

They lost my package and lied about it getting delivered to the customer, and they stuffed another package of mines which had clothing in a cramped mailbox. It’s disappointing they’re still in business and still in operation. They give usps a bad name and I wish I could give this location 0 stars if I could. Workers here clearly don’t have a clue about what they’re doing.

I think this place suffers from being understaffed...nonetheless, I go out of my way to go to this PO vs Germantown or Gaithersburg. It is always less crowded. I always get the sense the employees are doing their best. Not an easy job. I feel for the USPS... the whole darn organization needs an overhaul. Like I said, in the area, I choose this post office first.

This post office is just awful. I came with my kid to have her passport applications submitted and the african-american man that helped me was just terrible. Not only was he extremly rude and unfriendly, but actually ordered me to sit down on the seat without explaining to me their prcoess. I actually got into argument with him because the way he looks and his attitude was just horrible. I talked to the manager about this, sheexplained the process to me and seems resonable. The most shocking thing is that he complained about the way I look at him and my attitude to his manager front of other customers so he refuses to do passport for me. The manager suggests me to come back afternoon to another agent for the passport but I end up walking out there without getting the passport because i dont trust the man who can do the job right. I have never had such a frustrating experience. Not only was this man incredibly rude, but he was horrible at explaining things, which made the matter even worse. Do not come here. period. No wonder USPS business is going south for the past few years. with this kind of employee working there, I can only see why.
