  I dropped off a phone for a trade-in with Verizon and the phone was lost. According to them, they never received the package from me because when I dropped it off I didn't ask for the label the confirmation, but I had the tracking number I thought it was enough also I saw them scanning it.. So I called Verizon, UPS, and went to the store. Nobody knew where my phone was so I ended up losing the phone, the tradein money and I had to pay the full price for the new phone I was getting. So always ask for the printed confirmation. It was too obvious that the phone was stolen between the store and the UPS driver-receiver because According to the tracking I never dropped it off. I reported the IMEI as stolen. So nothing much they could do with it afterwards unless shipped to abroad.

  It's unbelievable how badly and cruelly the store manager treated a 72-year-old woman. She came in asking for help with a return, but he told her she had to go to a machine they had there and do it herself. Because of her age, she couldn't do it, but he spoke to her in a loud and rude tone. In the end, the woman had to leave. I tried to help her, but she gave up. This happened a few weeks ago.
