Amazon deducts 20% from the return refund - now I have to fight Amazon in two weeks when they receive the items that the products I returned were not damaged when I dropped them off at UPS so I can get the full amount refunded. Stay away from this UPS if you have any Amazon returns.

He told me I needed to confirm at that point I would pay them 10.00 to receive the box, or he would refuse the shipment. I informed him I paid 5.00 at the location the box was shipped from. He then went on to tell me what a franchise is and that store does not know their policy. As a UPS customer, I don’t know the intricacies of operation but understand this is UPS store. On the phone during the initial discussion he was quite rude, over spoke and raised his voice. This continued when I went to the store to pick up my box. I was actually concerned he would not release my box so I said nothing more until I received it. I then said it’s not necessary to be so rude and condescending as he continued to tell me what a franchise is and my issue is with the other store. I’ve now paid double the price to ship the box. Thankfully we have choices and I will never visit this location and will certainly share this experience with neighbors and friends.
