- MMMikiFeb 19, 20261.0I have an online business. I've been going to post offices regularly for the past 10 years. Most have a policy where if the package is ready to go you can just say "Dropping it off." The clerk was with another customer, but its not difficult to multi task and be nice. The clerk was so nasty to me. If she doesn't change, I think she should be fired. There are plenty of people with good attitudes that would gladly take her job.

The woman on duty was clearly miserable as she was unfriendly and the antithesis of helpful. If I treated anyone like this in my position I would be fired. I suppose the security of a federal job makes one free to be rude.
