- PMPaula MoranSep 25, 20231.0This PO is clean, organized and very pleasing to the eye, light years better my PO in Norfolk, VA. That's where the pleasantness ends. The woman on duty was clearly miserable as she was unfriendly and the antithesis of helpful. If I treated anyone like this in my position I would be fired. I suppose the security of a federal job makes one free to be rude.
