- LALisa Ann1 day ago1.0This has turned out to be my worst post office nightmare. I sent a large box to my daughter in Florida. It was promised by Christmas. It cost $110.00 just to ship. After they weighed the box with my grandchildren’s Christmas gifts, then the post master, Ronnie Reynolds enters the item into their system as a ENVELOPE. This box never made it to my grandchildren. In fact, the post office has “lost the large box”. Now I’m at a $225.00 lost. With zero recourse. Post office marked it delivered. No picture of scanned item to the “delivered item in Florida “. They made me wait and wait to file claim, only for Ronnie to tell me it’s been resolved. By who I ask? She has no idea. I’m going to escalate this via the postal service and will go to media with it. This shouldn’t be allowed. The Church Creek Post Office ROBBED ME and my grandsons. Time for a new postmaster. A thorough fit post master. That’s what we deserve. I could have sent this box overnight via fed ex. It would have cost the same. But the post office was closer and assured by Christmas. Please don’t ship out of this post office. Never ever again. Thanks for nothing.
