- BBBenMar 17, 20261.0I am beyond disappointed with my recent experience at this Staples location. This visit was an absolute disaster from start to finish, and I would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. First and foremost, the equipment is completely broken. I went in specifically to utilize their professional services, only to find that their machines were out of order. When I asked for assistance or a simple estimate on when things might be functional, I was met with nothing but lazy and indifferent attitudes from the staff. It felt as though I was an inconvenience to them just by being in the store. The customer service was incredibly rude. Instead of trying to find a solution or offering a sincere apology for the equipment issues, the employees were dismissive and unprofessional. There is a complete lack of work ethic and respect at this branch. To have my time wasted by a staff that clearly doesn't care about their roles or their customers is entirely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this location. They clearly have no interest in maintaining their equipment or providing a basic level of professional courtesy.

I visited Staples Store # 0177 in Bethesda, Maryland several months ago and encountered the friendliest, kindest and most professional team! DELLA, ALPHONSO & STANLEY really worked as a team to locate products in the store. It was quite busy in the store at the time and I was quite impressed with the positive attitudes in the midst of long lines. Kudos to these employees!!
