- EKEkaterine KhijakadzeFeb 9, 20261.0Employees showed no interest in assisting customers, did not acknowledge people waiting in line, and made no effort to be helpful. When questions were asked, the responses were careless, rushed, and dismissive. It felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than the purpose of the service. Standing there, you genuinely feel ignored , no communication, no basic courtesy, and no sense of responsibility. This kind of behavior is not acceptable for a public service organization that people rely on.
- LRLaura RFeb 4, 20261.0Appalling experience. Not worth going here. One of the employees (Middle Eastern or Eastern European woman, assuming Gul from other reviews) was so unhelpful and nasty. She should NOT be customer facing. The Asian woman somewhat attempted to help but stated only a manager could assist me, who was conveniently out for the day. I ended up going to another USPS and their team provided excellent service, and a manager was not required for what I needed.

A claim was filed, then USPS took 15 days to deliver their first class letter to me asking to show the damage package within 20 days of letter, it's a holiday and weekend they left me no time to take care of this, and the 3 post office I tried don't know how to do it on a weekend.
