- MSMegan SchroeterJun 10, 20241.0Worst postal service around. They refuse to deliver my packages, the carrier doesn't always leave a slip saying they didn't deliver it so I have to rely on emails sent from the sender. Then when I go to pick up my package they ask for the slip they never left. For 5 years I've been fighting just to get my packages. I have all my mail delivered to my mom's house because I don't trust that I'll get it at mine. They delivered someone else's mail to us because their non bendable letter wouldn't fit into their mailbox so they're assuming I'll deliver it???? Plus the manager called after I complained again and said no one on our road gets their packages because they don't drive to peoples houses and was completely rude. One time they left a slip for me and I had to rush from work to get it and they couldn't find my package. I don't know why USPS bothers with packages if they don't deliver them. When I first found out they weren't delivering my packages, I didn't know originally it was the post office sending them back to the sender. I kept having the business send me the package again until they told me the post office keeps sending it back. Absolutely no notice from Charlotte Hall Post Office that they weren't delivering it.

- AWAshley WhayOct 31, 20201.03 times in a row I’ve watched the Saturday delivery person put mail in my mailbox then leave a note that there’s no secure place to leave a package and drive away. I don’t even have neighbors, she literally doesn’t want to drive down the driveway. UPS and FedEx have no problems delivering packages. I’ve went to the post office to pick them up and they can’t be found. It’s absolutely ridiculous that I can’t contact costumer service, you can’t call the main building since no one answers, you can’t go in to speak to anyone, there is literally no way to have this extremely simple issue resolved. Not to mention she puts everyone’s mail on the street in one persons mailbox so we all have to figure out who the mail belongs to.
