- CRChris RosendaleJan 29, 20241.0Did not receive package on delivery date. System said mail box was full. It was a delivery for cases of printer paper and a large package of paper towels. A week has gone by and I still have not received, called today and was told she did not have enough room in delivery car that day. So I asked what about the last 7 days? She said it's still here if you want to pick it up. If a business operated this way they would be out of business, but it's our federal government.

If I dont get a bill to pay because my mail is delivered to someone else are you going to pay my late fees? This is happrning more then once in a while and needs to stop. I would hate to have my credit ruined bacause I never got my mail. The Postal service is not beyond gwttimf sued.

I sell on vinted a clothing app and one out of the two packages I had shipped had not been scanned and now I lost 45$ worth of profit. Workers are rude and unhelpful. Don’t get me wrong some are very polite but all depends on who answers the phone. I am very upset. So now the buyer of my items will revive their package and I will not get the money since they were lazy and didn’t scan the package . I know this because one package was notified as “shipped” but the other one was not. Very upset. This was not my fault it was theirs and they were not very helpful and the excuse was “our internet is not working” if that was the case how come one package shipped and one didn’t ? Keep in mind I DROPPED BOTH PACKAGES OFF AT THE SAME DAY!!
