- NNNicoleMar 24, 20264.0Everyone seems to despise this post office but I’ve been twice in the last month and had a decent experience both times. The employee who helped me was professional and polite. Had to wait in line for about 5 minutes and got what I needed both times. The parking lot sucks
- AMAymen MusaMar 13, 20261.0Went for my baby brothers passport. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude. Her name is daisy I think ( African American, late 50’s and about 5’0) she is extremely impatient ,disrespectful, rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. She didn’t answer any of our questions right and got upset when we had gotten confused. She wasn’t understanding at all when it came to getting his photo done btw he’s a 2 year old it was going to take atleast 2 minutes for him to get settled down for the photo. She was rude and had left the room upset because he was not sitting down for picture. If she had been more patient and understanding we could’ve been done with the photo in less then 10 minutes. I do not recommend going here and somebody needs to get her out of there.

I walk in with a concern and looking for guidance. And I get hit with "How old are you?" "You've could've googled this" And because a note was on the mail it should've been obvious what to do next. Again rarely mail items out, so I walk in needing guidance and just was met with a disgusting, miserable person.

I went to see if I could get any advice or help with a lost pay check (started new job) that keeps saying it will be delivered and her whole demeanor was dismissive and extremely rude like I was bothering her. Then made a comment get it direct deposited. When I explained I’m aware but this one via check was out of my control she cut me off saying I need to wait more time then.
