I have visited the Catonsville location several times in the past few weeks with the same unpleasant experience. It is very unfortunate to know that our government will allow such unprofessional service. My experience was one in which I witness several customers being somewhat scolded due to their packages were wrapped incorrectly, missing something etc...On several visits they are quick to hand you a number to call in which no one ever answers the number. I know, as I had one of my employees call this number all day long. I was locked in the lobby at the end of day only to be told I could not leave until they were ready to unlock the door due to the line being long. This was very disturbing behavior, a fire hazard and most concerning. My postal guy at my Ellicot City business location is such a breath of fresh air that I hope and pray this location gets the appropriate help they need as they are truly off their game and need intervention asap!

The worst post office I have ever experienced. A quick story for you, reader: I ordered a Christmas present for my wife via Ebay. It was scheduled for delivery and was never delivered on the day it was supposed to, claiming 'no access to the building', my house down the street. Huh? So, I go into the office, talk to the very rude receptionist, who claims they don't have the package there, and to call a number of a warehouse. I have tried to call this number multiple times at various parts of the day. The phone rings multiple times and goes to a busy signal each time. No explanation, no chance to leave a message, nothing. Your tax dollars at work. Go to a different branch if at all possible.

There is always just one burnt employee in the building! This building opens whenever they feel like it. The woman in the package drop off is the worst, and always whines or laments when asked a simple question. Yelling like animals is their motto. Most people DO stay away from this little disaster of a post office, so I would encourage you to drive to another one. As the person below me said; "it was a sad joke! The entire location is a joke. Most of my neighbors drive farther away and I'll be joining them from now on!!!"

On the first Saturday of December there was only one employee in the building! The worst is that while I waited 5 people showed up with passport appointments. They weren't even turned away politely, the lady just kept yelling out a number to call as if this was normal and people should know what to do. It was a sad joke! The entire location is a joke. Most of my neighbors drive farther away and I'll be joining them from now on!!!
