- FFFJan 17, 20261.0Just went to do our kid’s passport and the passport person ignored us, skipped us, and yelled at us when we said “hey our appointment time is _, will you be able to see us?” Wouldn’t it be easier to just say “no”, “come back another day”, or literally anything besides yelling past us the time of a different appointment that’s later than ours? We had been there 30 minutes at that point It was so unnecessary and we had to dress our sick child up and take them outside in the cold and snow to go to this appointment just for them to ignore us. Now we have to make another appointment somewhere else.
