- SOShantelle OzzyDec 30, 20252.0Although the individuals at the front desk are nice, the mail carrier needs to do a better job. It is far too often I am missing packages when mail is said to be delivered in the mailbox. I've filed two complaints already, but yet it's still happening. Sometimes my neighbors bring me my mail when it has been delivered to them. Other times it's just lost all together. A few weeks ago, my package said it was delivered in my mailbox, and once again I had to report it missing and they found it in someone else's mailbox. I'm so tired of tracking down my packages. This time, a key was put in my box but no packages were in the box. How do you forget to put 3 packages in the box, after giving me the key? Someone needs to be reprimanded, or taken off of this position.

I spoke to a postal supervisor on Thursday and related that I hadn't gotten it. Using my tracking number, she said the package had been misdelivered (regular local employees don't always deliver those packages on Sundays), and she would see what she could do. Less than 5 minutes later, my regular postman, Bob, was handing me my package. That's great service!
